Al Carbón is the second restaurant of the immensely popular Chef Iván y Justo, very different from its first restaurant that had gained great popularity. As the name of the restaurant tells all, the restaurant is specialized in traditional Cuban dishes cooked over charcoal, so that even the stew, the traditional rice and bean, everything is suffused with a nice smoky flavor.

The walls are covered with various portraits, pictures, film posters and photos that have nothing in common. Antiques and vintage objects, like old clocks and birdcages, are used in the decoration like in the first restaurant of the Chef Iván, Ivan Chefs Justo.
