The Cerveceria Plaza Vieja is another brewery in Havana, but it reached rapid fame due to the quality of its beer and its busy localization. Furthermore, it offers a nice place to cool off. You can rest outside during the sunset and relieve your tiredness by finishing your dark or light beer, according to your taste. The beer is fermented and distilled in this small factory. You can see the fermentation tanks behind the bar. The brewery offers also some gastronomic options, such as skewers of pork, chicken and charcoal vegetables.

However, the installation has been overshadowed by a scandal shortly after its inauguration. Some of its workers were accused of adding marijuana to the fermentation process of dark beer.
